Our CRM trial uses the Professional plan, so you can see how you might benefit from all the features. We’ve activated the Simple Marketing tool so you can run some trial mailings too. At the end of your trial, or sooner, you can switch to which ever plan best suits you.

Your CRM trial is set for 14 days. If you find you need longer, do get in touch with your Account Manager and they will extend the period for you.

Yes, we'd be pleased to demonstrate SpotlerCRM through an online conference call at a time to suit you. We generally allow 1 hour for this and we can organise for any number of your colleagues to join in. Contact us at contact@spotlercrm.com. Alternatively, you may prefer to join one of our weekly interactive, introductory webinars.

SpotlerCRM guards data for thousands of customers, making sure that their data is secure, backed up and confidential. Our CRM can be accessed through any web browser and is optimised for mobile use. However, we are currently working to develop an app. Further details will be announced in due course.

The Simple Marketing, Advanced Marketing and Service Desk tools are optional add-ons for your CRM. You can opt to include one or more with the Sales CRM for a set monthly fee.

For customers on the Enterprise plan, you can get the Simple Marketing tool or Service Desk tool free when you have 5 or more users. If you have 10 or more users you can get both included for free.

The SpotlerCRM is highly customisable and can be modified to fit your needs, offering self-service options as well as a full Customisation Service.
